I just finished a concept piece for Martin Luther King, Jr. Started with a 4H and .5mm lead pencil. Scanned and colored in photoshop.

Sketchaholic Marathon Doodle

Here are two sketches that I made today during a Sketchaholic Marathon session. Three topics were chosen randomly and we were given 25 minutes to come up with an interpretation/rendition for each topic.

Before the Fight

One more for the week. Here is a drawing of a Fighter before a bout. I wanted to capture the emotions and mental frame of mind before stepping into a ring.

AstroKid

Just made a drawing of a teen astronaut. There are two different versions of the kid's face. Not sure which one to go with. I kind of like the color scheme for now. Not too sure about the uniform though.

Latest Illustration

Lately, the urge to draw has been overwhelming. I find myself sketching on any piece of paper available to me. I think I annoy my wife at times with all of my doodles.
